Many of us take supplements each day to boost our energy
Supplementing your day
When I take my daily supplement, I get an energy boost from the Vitamin B that it contains.
But the effect subsides across the day.
What I want is something that will get me out of bed in the morning and sustain me until I slump back into bed at night.
That thing is Vitamin P.
But what is Vitamin P?
A key to motivating yourself is to have purpose.
Life is long (or so it feels!) so sustaining a sense of purpose can be difficult.
Supplementing yourself with Vitamin P – Vitamin Purpose – will help you to make the most of each day by giving you the motivation you need.
How do you find it?
Your sense of purpose is linked to your values.
Living your life according to your core values is highly motivating.
You may even achieve the state of Flow, described by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi by following your true purpose.
There are two simple questions that can help you identify your core values:
- What is important to me?
- Why is that important to me?
Ask this second question up to five times to help you reach your core values.
Once you cannot go any further or start looping, you have reached a core value.
How can I take this further?
If you integrate your life goals with your core values then you will have the motivation to achieve your dreams.
At that stage, Vitamin P becomes Vitamin Power!
